"Attack of the Giant Hampster!!"
well, not precisely an "attack" per-se.
One of our three felines is an all black teenage male manx. Weighs 15 pounds and likely wouldn't last ten minutes outdoors. Nimrod, by name. About the only time he becomes remotely animated is when his food bowl is ALMOST empty. He then appears to exhibit anxiety: Leg rubbihg, trilling and staring up at me if I walk thru the kitchen. That's about the only time he'll expend ANY energy beyond the effort to keep breathing. Among 'smits (postable) nicknames for him are: "Dimwad" and "ShortBus". Love 'im to pieces. Each one of these beasts I've ever shared a dwelling with has had a different personality. Amazing critters, IMO. More adaptive than foxes. "One's too many, a thousand ain't enuff."
