Attaching Info Plate to Engine

I purchased the rivets provided by Moss to attach the info plate on the engine block. These do not look like normal rivets. Can some describe how to attach the info plate to the engine using these rivets?

Assuming they are the standard drive rivets that are used as new, just put them in the hole and strike with a hammer (hard plastic ought to do it) They'll just screw into the block on their own.
