I believe it is.It shows up at every show,& the owner sits there the
whole time in his lawn chair,so I just walk by it.
When that 356 left,it was running poorly,so the owner had to keep
revving the engine to keep it moving.You also got the strong smell of gas,
as it seemed to be running really rich.

The Mustang has the hood open showing off the engine, the Spitfire is showing off the engine.... The 356 is showing off the frunk? looks like the owner doesn't know where the engine which might explain the tuning problems
