Arm Rest Pattern

I just sourced an arm rest (cover) from Ebay. It looks like it would fit over a box structure that would somehow be attached to the drive shaft tunnel between the seats. Does anyone have a picture of an installed arm rest, or any ideas on how one would go about sourcing or "building" the necessary structure?

Thanks in advance,

Bob

The "structure" is provided by a rectangular foam pad. The cover is sewn to the tunnel carpet.

Thanks all for the input. I have ordered a new canvas top for the car and the top guy said he would "take care of the arm rest." Fingers crossed.
