Ok, I just talked to the owner on the phone. It is indeed the same car I used to own. So it does have a 1275 and all the parts seen in the original photo I posted. Comes with a Bugeye fiberglass bonnet and many other extras. With those wheels and the extras, I think it's a pretty fair deal.
He's going to send me some pix and more details. If anyone is interested, I'll post them here.
