wait a minute..you are using FireFox.
Any MY IE is IE8....and if that isn't out of date, maybe I can **** to my other tower with IE6 on it.
If you are downloading desktop, should not make any difference.
It loaded on my IE8 tower just fine.
 
The last time I used Skype was about 3 years ago. It changed my browser to Bing and I had a **** of a time getting back to Chrome. Needed expert help.
