Are you ready for the AMERO

Gringo de Mexico?

1LL3G4L5?

(Look at the currency on the /amero.html page).

I mean come on, if this isn't as blatant a political statement as exists, I don't know what is.

Where's my gun.

This is an easy one to do. All that has to happen is for Mexico and Canada to drop their currency and use the greenback. Shoot, they probably have more of our currency in circulation then their own (Well maybe not Canada, I don't want to upset our friends up north).

As far as creating a new euro like currency, I doubt anyone believes that the constitutional amendment necessary for that to happen would.

/bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/iagree.gifWith using the American dollar as a universal NA currency, rather than something new. I always carry American money in my wallet as I travel across the border frequently.

Just curious, But would this have even come up if the Canadian dollar was still at less than yours?
Rhetoric question I guess.
