I'm up outside of Damascus, which is the northernmost community in Montgomery County, is about 90 miles from you on the other side of the Bay Bridge. I know the local British Car Club near me - Clustered Spires British Car Club does an annual trip from the Frederick, MD area to Lewes, Delaware each year.
