News Flash from So Cal:
There is going to be another Healey (and other British marque) get together starting at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 30th at the Golden Cove Center located at the intersection of Hawthorne Blvd. and Palos Verdes Dr. West in Rancho Palos Verdes. There is talk, depending on interest, of a 30-40 minute tour around the peninsula starting between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif
In addition to a Starbucks, there is an excellent restaurant, the Admiral Risty, which serves brunch on Sunday.
In other news, my brakes seem to be working well. Thanks to everyone who chimed in with suggestions, and Dave for the comprehensive Roger M article.
And for anyone in the So Cal area searching for a Triumph Stag (how often do you see one of those?), there is one for sale on a used car lot on Sawtelle Boulevard just south of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Los Angeles. They may be willing to negotiate - it's been there since last October!
