I recently sent out an email announcing that we are going to do a calendar for 2027 and asking for submissions.
In the instructions, I asked for two simple things: First, I asked that when people sign in to the upload page - please use your real name with your username in parentheses. Second, I asked that images be named starting with your username, year, make and Model, followed by a file number, like this:
BASIL_1967_Jaguar_Etype_01.jpg
So far I’ve had over a dozen uploads and not a single person has followed those simple instructions. They have all used their real names only and file names straight out of the camera. I have no way to connect these images to specific forum members except in those instances where someone uses their real name as a forum name. (Not the case with most of these uploads)
