We need to replace the top on our almost ten year old e-z up and figured we'd probably buy a whole new rig. I once saw a better design at a street fair but I can't remember who made it. IIRC it was truly a one-man set up and went up super quick. Anyone have any suggestions for something good that costs less than a condo? Thanks.
 
Instead of those expensive sucka's I just got one of these for my VW Camper: https://www.busdepot.com/ezyplus .
Don't know what you have but it would work easily on any van w/ gutters. Not the best stand alone. Took a bit the only time I put it up because the instructions stink but should go pretty quick alone next time. Great for me, maybe not what you have in mind, there is always something like this:
