Anyone watching...

Sadly, veterans aren't always at the top of our priority list.

In 1932, when unemployed vets came to Washington DC for help, President Hoover sent the US Army with tanks, rifles, and tear gas to clear them out.

That is a horror, especially reflected in the last few seconds of this video.

When the vets returned in 1933, President Roosevelt sent his wife, and fed them three meals a day.
