anyone used a Gearflix shift knob?

Don't know for certain, but after reading this ad, I think it's plastic. Note how it's supposed to fit both TR3B and TR4-6 (which have very different threads on the shift lever), plus it's "self threading".
 
Mine also has the plastic thread and spins in the warmer weather, I wrapped some black tape to tighten. It seems to work well

Thanks guys. I just picked up a different brand on ebay with "metal threaded insert". For $22 I can chance it. The last one was $16 and lasted almost a year. $22 ought to buy me 14-15 months. I may try the tape or some Loctite to really lock it down.
