Anyone planning to be at Sebring in March??

I know its a bit early, but was wondering if anyone else is planning to be at Sebring this March for the races?? I'm going to be there. I just thought I'd check..... Might have to have a pint with any others that are there for the fun, sun, and cars!

No, but I just went to a car club meeting with my friend Harry, and he's headed to his house in Fla today. He'll be at Sebring.
He's towing his Formula Vee down, so he'll do some Fla-Region SCCA racing as well.
He's 75.....gives me hope!

Just curious: Why did you choose an Elva for your vintage racer? (And the corollary question: why not a Healey of some type?)

Reid--

Only 948 Bugeyes would qualify for much vintage racing and indications are that many cars being passed off as stock are heavily modified and more breakable, etc. Big Healeys (100's) are quite costly, both to buy and to race.

OTOH Elvas are naturally competitive without heavy modifications due to light weight and good handling, parts are available, they're not too expensive and are welcome in all vintage organizations.

Plus, I always liked them! Attached is another view.
