Pick up our truck and drive it to the Denver Airport?

Our Son decided to take a 2 1/2 month joy ride and ended up in Brush and our truck has been impounded until just a short while ago. We've checked and there is no shuttle or such from the Airport to Brush. If someone is willing we will pay them for their efforts to get it to the airport and then we'll fly out either my cousin or a gentleman who lives up the road to pick it up. The hubby has just had rotator cuff surgery and I sure ain't gonna make that drive back.

Oh Tony and Janel have also mentioned a "Pony Express" and I sure ain't opposed to that.

First...I'm glad that this appears to have come to a somewhat better conclusion for you!

Second...if I could help, I would be first in line...but what I can do is contact a couple of Colorado MG owners to see if they can assist....

Just where is Brush, CO located?

He barely picked a wide spot in the road for his joyride to end. Brush isn't exactly a metropolis nor is it really 'close' to anywhere. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I'm in Fort Collins. About 50 miles straight north of Denver. Brush is a bit more than 50 miles East of me, but not much more than that. If I can get some help shuttling myself back to Brush from Airport parking (or wherever the truck needs to go)or some other arrangment I can help.

I'm in Kansas right now & my plans are to head for north Alabama on the 15th - however, my 'handler' asked me today if I could extend 2 weeks

but, if it can get to me, i can drive it home.
