I'm always weary when someone feels the need to end the price in "99". Marketing ploy on craigslist?
 
I think for $400 you can assume the headliner will probably need to be replaced. I think it's still probably a pretty good deal. I'd be off to go pick it up myself if I hadn't already bought one in the last year.
