MGA Anyone Looking for an MGA Project?

I was just told about a project car,in a garage,disassembled.
I'm hoping to go look at it in the next few days. It's a 1961.
An MGA owner went & looked at it,but passed,as he was looking
for a running/driving one.He said that it was in great shape.
I'm not making anything from this.I'd like to see someone get a
good deal,& not go to a "flipper".
Any idea what these are worth? The owner isn't sure. The car's in
Eureka,California.

Looks like a great project!

Has he talked about price yet? That would go fast for 7K and is probably worth 8k or so

He said "$25,000",then I realized that he was kidding.
"Make me an offer",is what he told me later.
This is worth more than one with rust,as you'll not have
to do much prep work to repaint it.

It's been sold - going to Ohio,as soon as I can get the engine/trans,
& parts put in it for transport.
