Anyone know what this is?

It reminds me of some of Lawrie Bond's "designs". I'm sure that googling him will find pictures of Bond Minicars that look a little like this one. I'm not suggesting that it's a Bond but it seems to have a family resemblance.

Its a one off alloy body on a 1949 Morris 6 chassis with a 2262cc Vauxhall engine, been off the road for 20years and for sale in Wolverhamton England for £1500.

After further study I retract my guess on the Packard hood ornament. The Packard ladies strike a different pose and hold a wheel in front of them. This pose is more like that of either the Cadillac or Auburn flying ladies. It is also similar in pose to early Plymouth flying ladies but not so ornate. Since the Caddilac is much more common than the Auburn, I would guess it is most likely a Cadillac flying lady from the 40's.
