Anyone know a glass shop in socal?

I'd recommend a case of beer, and inviting several unsuspecting friends over to lend a hand. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yep,UCLA Glass.---Keoke

Wish me luck I found a shop in pasadena that claims they will change the windshield out. Should be an interesting afternoon tomarrow.

mehheh... me too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

You crazy kids with your windshield problems.....

You need a car that holds em on with dzuz fasteners that can be installed and uninstalled on a whim.

Windshield was done today by Safelite in Pasadena 1-877-742-4577. Cost 180 bucks for the windshield and new body to windshield seal installed. What a pitb. Took 4 and a half hours from start to finish with the last hour and a half trying to get the bolts to start on the windshield frame. The installed a PPG windshield and it does have a slight distortion but not to bad.

They will do another MGB windshield however it will not cost 180 dollars next time.

Safelite is a national chain and if you use there web site for the quote and appointment they will honor the price but not at the Pasadena location plan on about 360 for the next one.

heehee!!! I've said before: I'd rather do three clutch replacements than ONE windshield R&R on an MGB! And in the last few months I've had to do TWO windshields! GGRRRRrrrrrr.....
