Ebay.uk has reproduction Ashley and Speedwell hardtops from Moto-Build. Has anyone have any experience with these products and/or shipment costs to USA?

Thanks,

Mike

No, but I've been watching them on Ebay. I literally spent years trying to get someone in the UK to sell me Sebring bonnets for my two projects. Unfortunately, no one would get me a price to crate and ship them to the USA. Luckily, I found an individual who is shipping a car over in a container and had enough room for my bonnets. His car was at a shop that sells Sebring stuff, so it was very convenient. As I understand it, the container is probably on a ship right now. I am somewhat interested in an Ashley hardtop for a Sprite Mk I, so I've been watching this listing with interest.

Mike, I purchased all the rubbers for my Ashley Mk 1 hardtop from Moto-Build and a replacement rear glass Qtr window. Darryl Davis was the guy who helped me out. Very good to deal with.

Randy, pleased to hear you finally got the Sebring fronts ! I sold my Sebring fastback shell and am now building a Sebring Barchetta with just aero screens, no wipers and the Sebring front. May opt for a Sebring coupe top at some stage... should have got one included in your shipment !

I purchased a Ashley Mk1 front from Spridget Mania to match the Ashley hardtop, but project is still waiting in the wings for Sebring completion and now an MGC Roadster Sebring build !

Cheers
Lew
