Anyone from Eagle River Wisconsin

Long shot but my little Fiat Abarth came from Eagle River Wisconsin back in the mid 1970's. Going to try and find out some history. I have a picture of the car sitting in a field in Eagle River also have address and family name. The car had a roll bar installed so was most likely raced in that area. Any help out there on the forum?
