Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem good

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

Never ordered but I've talked with them a few times at the LBC meet in Portland (Oregon) and bought things from their table.

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

I will be in a month or two. All 4.
Prices aside, he knows what he's talking about, drops in here from time to time, and those that have used him, swear by his work.
Total edit, I was thinking nosimport, sorry!

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

Thanks! I wish I had foudn him before I paid about $65 more for my car seat covers at Moss!

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

Obviously you did not order through Tony?

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

nope..didn't knwo about that until now.

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

Oh, so sorry Lew. Thought everyone knew about Tony. Send him an email with Moss or VB part numbers and he will send it back priced. When he gets paid he orders, paypal works great.

Tony is a great friend of all of us and a personal friend of some. Not a vendor to be concerned about. He strives to give complete satisfaction and more.

Great! Thank you guys! This car is going to cost me about $50K i think by the time the little bugger is fully restored and every diem saved will help!

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

Yeah, then shipping overseas, and melting it down. hehehe

Re: Anyone ever buy from these guys? prices seem g

lol..pretty much. Hopefully it won;t be more than $20k but I am NO professional or engine hound. I have to ususally pay others to do it. I should have paid more attention to my dad as a kid! Actually the bodywork is done by a professional auto restorer. It is striupped down to the bare metal and by the time he is done smoothing, making it all even and lined up and repainting, engine degrease, repaint and such that will be about $15K. Car was $2400.00. Seat covers and some misc. sh*t was about $900 from Moss and still got a ways to go. I am purchasing an interior kit to redo the carpet, vinyl, etc. Needs a new vinyl top, new emergency brake cable and parts, rewiring, new gauges, switches etc. heck, the **** repro Hazard switch was $43!!! OUCH!
