wondering how they are. Bought from Moss and Vic Brit. Love that moss is usually better in price than VB but always feel liek i am getting the shaft from them on markups and their website stink sot high heaven...even their salesman said so. VB has a great website, good navigation, easy to find stuff but their shipping is REEEE-DICKULUS!! So I have been buying NOS or replacement items off Ebay successfully, but some things you just cant get. so that being said, anyone ever try northwestern?? any other places that are good for MG parts?

best,
Lou

Good people. BTW those door clips may be available at autobody supply shops.

Lou:

Just a reminder: Generally, we try to put stuff related to vendors in the ~Vendor Review~ area of this forum.

It's a minor point, but helps us all stay organized.

Glad you are enjoying your car (and hopefully, some of this great NJ weather!)

Not sure after Nial's point if we are allowed to add to this post, but it's not locked so here goes.

I have use NWImport a couple of times and have always had good fast service and would use them again. They usually have a booth at our local All British Field Meet as well. I also use British Parts Northwest which is also out of the Portland area. For me being in the Seattle area, if I order anytime before 5:00 the package is almost always waiting for me on the porch the next day when I get home.

Since your Midget looks to be a '79 another good source of engine parts is Spitbits in the Sacramento area.

And finally, check in with Peter C at World Wide Auto Parts. This and BPNW are where almost all of my parts have come from to date

I second PeterC with World Wide.
I have also used the NW and BP that Rich mentions and have not had any complaint.

thansk guys..i'll make sure i move this ot the vendors area next time..apologies!!!

My only beef with NW Import Parts is that they aren't far from me but I still have to pay postage (which seems high). Not a complaint really. Good service and nice people. [correction: I was thinking of British Parts NW - NW Import isn't far from me either but I know people that have used them just fine]
