Anyone else have teh problem?

It seems no matter how hard I try, when I type a post of any length, I will always get at least one "teh" instead of "the." Drives me nuts, but I can't seem to stop doing it!

Basil

All the time. Teh problem is getting worse with time, too. I wonder if I'm getting older or if I'm getting more impatient with my typing? Or maybe teh keys on my laptop are just too close to type at teh speed I type on the desktop. Then again, I do it on teh desktop too.

I'm lucky. I don't have that problem. You guys msut be old or something. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

I normally don't have problems with typing the... it's all the other words in the english languages the givesm eproblems....

Don't have a "teh" problem...do have an "-inig" problem (as in "temptinig").

As a reformed (well, almost) newsfroup junkie I usually look at it (teh) as intentional. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I've had that problem, yeah... One new thing to look for though, Firefox v2 (I've been using it since the first 2.x beta) has a built-in spell checker that only comes on when it sees that you're typing in a text-box like this forum uses. It underlines the misspelled words as you type, and seems to be doing a good job of it.

I had a similar add-on for IE years ago that worked great, this is the first one for Firefox that really works well - and it's built in! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Every solar Earth unit I have to deal with insigificant humans's bad inscribing skills. Be it on the internet or reading supplementary insigificant humanss work. Its not like its that hard to type everything up and run in through a spell checker. One simple step crafts your inscribing easier to understand even if your a knuckle dragging neaderthal.

It is all a conspiicy of the computer ompnaiess. All kyeboards are designed with a floating OOPPS key. No mater how good a typist you are this cannot be avoided.
