The only one I could find on Apple maps was Gino’s Pizza and Spaghetti House. Absolutely no idea if it is the best place.

We did that ride a few years ago when the British V8 bunch met in Lewisburg, about 2 hours from Elkins. The Shay Locomotive is an interesting story - quite impressive.

Dukes steak house is good. There is also a Mexican place on the south end.
They have redone the old part of town and there are several new restaurants and brew houses.
Do Blackwater falls while you are near.

You need to make reservations for that train, I believe.
I don’t usually dine there. There is a Bob Evans if you fancy them.
Too bad about Dukes…they served very good food.

And you'll be 2/3 of the way to Fallingwater and a segue a bit further east would get you to Ohiopyle. Unfortunately both have become somewhat more "commercialized" since my time spent there in 1977. F.L. Wright's work is spectacular though.

I plan on seeing fallingwater later in the year…likely in the fall.
