what part is that? nothing that shape in my bugeye. Maybe my car is missing something? Looks like maybe a trim piece that covers the area between the wheel wells and the seats.
 
Pretty sure that's the rear cockpit panel for a square Spridget (assume it's for Ray's '66 Sprite).
 
... and to clarify: the later midgets had a different size/shape.
 
Trevor is correct as well. I would even be happy with a craft paper pattern.
