Same "down here." we're less than a day behind ya. Gloomy all day, with a promised further drop in temps. Saw 69° as the high today.

I've had my TF since '72 and driving it since '75. In '91 I adopted a TR3A and bought another in '99 when I gave the first TR3A to my son who is now rebuilding it. The car that is in the garage is the one that is being repaired or upgraded. The other is the car I drive to work every day. I'm fortunate in that my wife has the theory, that a British Car owner meeds two cars, one to work on and one to drive. I've never questioned her reasoning, since it is to my advantage. I've never felt conflicted about the two different marques, maybe a sign of mental illness.

I had a '76 Triumph TR7, but my wife made me get rid of it. I gave it to my Russian friend who found one (working) in Anchorage. He did the body work onm my '71 MGB-GT.
 
I have a '74 TR6 that is an excellent driver and a '69 B that is undergoing a full restoration right now. I love both of my LBCs! A couple of months back, somebody posted about having a B and wanting a 6. I gladly posted my impressions of each car and if you do a search, you'll find it on here. To sum it up, the B is roomier and a much smoother ride. The 6 is faster and sounds much much sweeter going down the road! I prefer the looks of the TR6, too. They are both wonderful cars. I couldn't do without either one of them.
