If he is the (former?) Doctor from New York?, if so I ordered one from him 2 years ago and all was fine.

If you're refering to "Doctor Marty" from Long Island, I've dealt with him myself. As a matter of fact, I picked up my stuff at his house. He impressed me as being a stand-up guy. He's been big in LBC's since he started driving. He got into selling parts to help finance his medical schooling, and has continued it since. Yes, he is a real doctor who loves British cars.

Edit: If this is the guy you're talking about, most of his e-bay listings give his phone number. Give him a call.

A few years ago I bought one from him for my TR3A. It can quickly with out a problem. In my case, he shipped through US Postal Service in one of the flat rate boxes via priority mail. It was about $8 for shipping.

I bought his wheel adapters 2-1/2 years ago for future use, I got them out a couple months ago to see how they fit and they were the wrong ones. I sent him an email and he imediatly sent out the right ones before I even sent the wrong ones back. I also have bought other items from him---all good dealings.

Got one from him and couldn't be happier with the starter or after sale service.
