...sitting atop the block with the studs in place but not torqued down? Using a Payen head gasket. Everything is clean and ready to torque, just might leave it alone for a few more days. Health issues dictate I not do any heavy torquing yet.

Dang, Bill. I really am sorry to hear. Take it easy
and hope you feel better. Don't forget to visit
us.

In case you all might be wondering, I had a heart attack on Sunday, along with the revelation that I am diabetic.

One stint and a bunch of meds and I will overcome.

I wish you a speedy recovery Bill. Glad to hear you are too tough to let a heart attack stop ya!

It will be fine Bill, protect it like has been said and then concentrate on making yourself better.

Best of luck.

Ditto.

Concentrate on the important stuff first; the Rumph will still be there for you to enjoy later.

Welcome to the club. I am glad to hear you made it through the event and are doing well. Many of us here have had, or nearly had that experience. It is a life changer, but you are tough and will endure.

The worse part comes later when they tell you what you cannot eat. New Orleans will not be the same as it was.

Take care.

sorry to hear that Bill, get well soon and then repair the TR.
If the Doc. mentions a pacemaker, you might want to check the manufacturer.......Lucas may not be what you want!! :jester:

If that is needed then you might want to consider a Pertronix; just check if you are positive or negative ground first.

Yeah but then I couldn't leave my key on for more than 2 minutes without burning it up.

Soryy to hear about your heart attack. Rest, think positive thoughts, and follow doctor's orders. I've survived 2 of them and triple bypass surgery and am hale and hearty now. The 6 will be waiting when you are ready for it.

Bill, Now that was a real shocker.

Get Well Soon and know we are pulling for a "speedy" recovery.

I know you will "TRIUMPH" over this!

Charlie
