My youngest niece, coming up on 17, actually wants to learn how it works and to drive with a stick. The other 3 could not care less. I've reached the point were driving anything "without a stick" feels weird...

I've had situations where I've been driving an automatic for a long time, then get into my wife's Z4 (5 speed) and find myself nearly forgetting to put the clutch in when I come to a stop sign! :eek:
 
I find myself "waving" my right hand at where the stick would be those times I'm in an automatic. Rented a Uhaul a few weeks ago to moves some stuff and kept reaching with that hand when I was stopping or starting out of sheer habit.
 
My twelve year old daughter is learning to drive stick right now.
 
I realized a while back that,out of five vehicles,
my truck is the only automatic we own.
It would have been a five speed if I'd been able
to find one.
