I think I have these correctly situated, but good to check before welding.
The captive nuts can go to the outside of the frame rail, as shown in the attachment, or they can be reversed with the nuts closer to the inside (center) of the car. Do I have them properly set up?

Hi Lin,
Mine are situated like your photo.The sway bar bracket does hang off the outer edge of the frame however. I don’t know why the holes weren’t more centered and thicker metal used for the plate.

The position is correct.

I too think the plate should be stronger, and I suggest that placing the bracket close to the edge takes some advantage of the greater rigidity there provided by the rail side.
