Could someone measure their crank pulley for me. Specifically from the back of the pulley to the end of the shaft that slides into the timing cover. Oh and the outer Diameter.

I think I might have the wrong one or something. The key slot for the washer is nowhere near fitting onto the key. Thoughts???

I get a weird vibration running about 50 mph all of a sudden and as soon as I give her a bit of gas or slow down the vibration goes away. I have also developed a leak from the rubber seal that goes around the pulley shaft. It has wobbled out. I believe that I recentered the timing cover around the pulley shaft when I originally built the motor, however, who knows. It is definitely centered now, I just need to figure out how far the pulley is supposed to slide in.

Okay, the measurements are::::

Back of pulley to end of shaft (towards motor) 3/4"

Entire shaft length from front to back measured from the inside about 1 1/16"

Crank shaft from inside to end 15/16"

I must have the wrong pulley.. :frown:
