I just ordered the panasport rims from TRF and am now looking at tires. Does any body have any in put about BF Goodrich Silvertown 185/70 r 15, With white walls!
Dan
I'm a blackwall fan unless we're talking a 32 Ford.
I've never seen them with panasports, only the blackwall. They look best IMO with stock steel painted wheels/hubcaps...white wheels (body color) in your case. I've never liked them with wires either.
It'll be interesting to see for sure. Who knows, you may start a fashion trend.
I'm with Twosheds, not a fan of whitewalls on any sportscar.
I'd probably wince to see them on Panasports, since that wheel design was usually associated with racing.
It's your car though, and my opinion is just that. If you buy and don't like them, you can always put the ww to the inside.
OK, you asked for opinions. I'll re-iterate what has been mentioned before...Whitewalls on a sports car... Whitewalls on a cream sports car... Whitewalls on a cream sports car with Panasports...
I took the photo that Randall posted and downloaded to photoshop and made the red into cream to see the effect of the what my TR would look with W.W. and dont care for the combonation not enough contrast. So I am going with the blackwall tires as my Awesome Wife suggested in the first place.
P.S. We just got married three weeks ago after I was 95% done with the car.
She is a good insperation. I Love my Wife!

The picture Randall posted looks good. Change it to cream and I do not think it would look as good. Add Panasports and I think it would look dumb. With any color car it would be like an old guy with jogging shorts, black socks and black leather shoes.
