Howdy all:

Sorry for another paint question. I'd like to touch up my exhaust manifold, which is silver. Can anyone please recommend a good silver paint that stands up to high temperatures? Preferably something I can brush on. Thanks!

Hey Bill,
There is a company, I believe they are called Seymour, that markets a line of spray paints. Their cast blast grey paint worked great on my cast manifold for several years, never rusted, never changed color or burned or peeled off. Recommend it highly.

I did my '69 Corvette manifolds with Eastwood Company manifold paint. After over a year of driving, the manifolds looked exactly as the day I applied the coating.

Was $18 or something, and well worth the price.

Another option is powder coating. JerseyGirl had the manifold in the 1800ES coated with a hi-temp powder caot and it looks great.
