Tony, i am not sure. I THINK the front lower valance was always black and really not sure about the rear. As you know i normally just mess with 67 and earlier cars. Bob

My '79 came with both satin black.....but I can't remember whether it started in '74 or n Clausinger's.around '76. Guess I could look i

my 75 had the satin black if I recall the very early 75's and the 74.5's were body color
