I think this has spread from JP's house to mine. I have a strange oil leak from the back of the front engine plate only when the engine is shut down. It runs down the back side to the botton of the plate and just drips for a while and seems be a lot of oil.

And JP is moving to Toronto what are house prices like in Greenland thinking of moving before it spreads.
