When my PO did the TR3/TR3a nose switch, he neglected to include the Hood Lift Assembly. The bonnet has the catch and all, but there is nothing to catch it to. Anyone got a spare parts car? I've looked on the sites mentioned on the other inquiry and there doesn't seem to be anything available.

Glenn -

If you're talking about the spring loaded piece that mounts on the apron, I've got one - maybe two even. Will check this evening and get back with you.

Number 20 is the piece I need.

Thank you again to Geo. The guy also had wing mirrors that I need.

Mickey- let me know, otherwise I will go for the one Geo mentioned.

Now, if anyone has a "spare" small mouth apron.....

Glenn -

I do have one. $20.00, including shipping, and it's yours.

Hey Mickey; how ya doin. gsalt57tr3 and I were bidding on the same part, If gsalt57tr3 doesn’t take I will. I started a new project on a 59 that I got, completely rust free tub, original floors and the frame has been completed. I’m getting ready to remove the engine for a rebuild. So maybe a couple of years I’ll have that finished.

Thanks
Russ

Russ -

Good to hear from you! How's it feel to have a pair of Three's? If Glenn doesn't want the latch, it's yours. Got a few other items left over from the restoration. Let me know if you need anything.

You going to Louisville next month? Janet and I are registered - looks like a good show.

Mickey

OOPS! - Just checked email, and Glenn spoke up. Sorry - but keep in touch.
