I just signed on last night so I thought I better introduce myself. I'm a retired engineering technician and enjoying my second childhood. Owning a B keeps you young at heart. I drive it year round except for the 2 days a year there might be snow on the road. I'll post a picture of 'Martha" as soon as can figure out how.

Welcome to the forum, Allyn. I wish I could drive my LBC's year round.
I think you'll enjoy it here. There are a bunch of us engineering types, so you should fit right in!

Hi Allyn and welcome to the forum. Attachments are allowed, but they're limited in size. I'd suggest signing up at www.photobucket.com and uploading the pic of "Martha" there. They have, underneath each photo, the appropriate code for pasting into a post. If you right click on my Baby's pic and select properties you'll see it's hosted on photobucket.com.

Oh no!?! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif Not another one of those engineering types. Just kidding – I’m one too.

Welcome aboard!

Hi Allyn,

Welcome to the next best day of the rest of your life. I guess ,some might disagree, but, the "first" had better be your wedding day.
I'm not an engineer, but, having owned TR4s, and Jags, I have been accused of being one.
Welcome!

Welcome! you'll find as I did that this is a great forum to participate in. I have been bouncing around for years, and came across this one a couple weeks ago, and it's been great! Re: the pics, most high speed internet (cable, DSL, etc) accounts come with some web space. If you have it, you can use that. That way, you can post them there, and just link, much like USASMA does with photobucket. I am also a fellow engineer...
