Another great hero has passed. Very soon all of the veterans of World War II will all be gone and there will be no one left with living memory of the war. Very sad.

Dick Winters lived about 20 mins from where I am in Hershey, PA. He used to be on the local TV station from time-to-time talking about his experiences during the war... sad that his generation is passing.

Agreed...another hero gone. Let's hope that our kids and their kids never forget what the did and what they went through to do it.
