I came across another swap today, this one is about the craziest one i have seen yet. not a fan of the bodywork at all but i must say seeing the the bmw inline 6 engine in the front of the midget is pretty wicked! im thinking it would be a better match in a mgb gt though. heres the link
 
Yep......body is atrocious, but gotta love that big engine! I really like the last line in the sellers description: "You will need a large set of danglies to get the best out of it." :laugh:
 
I like the whole thinh, There is room in my garage. Miss Agatha would have something to look up too.
 
I'd go for one of the K-series modded Spridgets, but NOT with those flares on it.

At today's exchange rate the min bid is $13,515, so it will probably sell for more (IF it sells). You could get a nice used BMW for that kinda money, plus a Midget project car.

:pukeface: Got to agree...no longer a midget. Impressive to see an inline 6 shoehorned into a spridget though.

The interior is rather blech and the fender flares are ugly. Dont care for the wheels either.

But could I test drive it just once? :driving:
 
The flares are a bit over the top. I say narrow the rear end, tub it, and tuck those tires in.
 
M3's are bad puppies. The boss has a few. Made me a believer. Now maybe a S52 in a TR6...
 
yeah i think its a better fit in a TR6. i think spridgets should have either 4 cylinders or rotarys. it suits the character of the car better, and there are plenty of choices for pretty much any power level you could want. But thats my personal preference, i say if its your car do what you want as long as your having fun with it!
