Another Christmas Present for Bugsy - Speedhut Gauges

As if Bugsy didn't have enough under the tree already with a 1275+.040 engine sitting in the garage, I just got these gauge proofs from SpeedHut on his GPS Speedo and Matching Tach. A little subtle touch that I really like. Logan in their custom artwork department was great to work with and created 3 different designs. I tried the full AH Script with Wings and it was just too busy. MOSS Motors has a list of AH Logos of all sorts and sizes available. Google Austin Healey Logos and you will find all sorts of interesting designs. Merry Christmas to all.

Cool!

Ignition Warding Lamp on Tach, Speedo has Bright Lights in Center plus L / R Turn Signals. Antenna will get mounted on top of dash. needs a smaller than a 1/4" hole to feed antenna cable through. Will try and mount antenna on back of dash mounted mirror.

Step 1 convert to negative ground.

these may get installed before new wiring harness.

Some chrome zip ties around that mirror stalk and only you will ever notice. I know a guy who did this and it is
very neat and unnoticeable.

Jim,
Great gauge faces! So happy to follow your progress and see the results. Merry Christmas to you and all my friends on the BCF!

Jim, I didn't have room to put the sending unit on the back of my mirror. It is so close to the windshield that I had to put a wedge under it to tilt it out so I could even adjust the mirror without it hitting the windshield. I just mounted mine to the right of the mirror. I didn't have anyone even notice it this year.

I'll check it out when it gets here next week. Since Speedo isn't working at the present time this will be a great improvement. 60 and Rain being called for on Monday in Dayton. Perhaps, just perhaps... Hope springs eternal for one more day to romp with Bugsy before he gets torn apart for front end work and disc brakes.
