In the next week or so, my old atty. pal that brought the CGT roller to my shop is going to bring another C...this one a 69 roadster..to my shop from Az. to try to make one complete car over the winter. The GT is near perfect so we'll proably use it as a platform and see what happens. My VW shop has been transformed into a totally different look. I'm trying to move out all the German stuff and start stacking all the English stuff. My A coupe should be arriving soon and I've also located a real nice 1100...I have a buddy that has suggested a rack system for straing them and saving room. Looks promising.

I stil want to see pictures of that MGC bodyshell!!

Lotsa fun. My buddy who started a body shop a couple yrs ago has a flow and ebb of restoration projects from Bugeyes to 50's Cadilacs to 50's hot rod trucks. Its always interesting to go and see what he has in his shop. He has a mezzanine that he would be lost without which he uses to store parts during the restorations.

Next project in my garage is a mezzanine - but I'm gonna use it to store my MG1100! That way, I'll have room for an MGA coupe - if & when I find one!

I wouldn't restore that car, but there are a lot of good parts on it including the roof and pillars. The bottom is probably completely rusted to nothing, but it's been indoors so the unique upper areas of the coupe body are probably good. Interior looks solid as well.

I know nothing of MGAs but isn't she lovely.

Vince - that one in the barn looks like the 2 I have under a shed right now...except they look better..however, his has glass!

Under a shed as in buried under a shed?

Can LBC's be used as a substitute for rebar?
