Another apparent suicide

So sad when people feel this is their best solution.

I agree, but so often we don't know the entire story. Robin Williams was a perfect example, his suicide shocked the world but it turned out he was suffering from a incurable degenerative disease that was destroying his mind. Not wanting to experience that descent makes perfect sense to me. And you have to opt out early, because you'll lose the chance later on.

He did have a troubled life, and there may have been other factors due to health, but I still find it quite sad. We will probably learn more in the coming days.

Just heard a stat on the news that US suicides have been on the rise. Up 30% between 1999 and 2017.
