Easy way to move him, have one of the cops pull a chainsaw from a squad car and say one way or another a tree is gonna be moved. Either that or decorate it for an early Christmas...
 
I think that would have been an interesting Police

I like to hang around people (trees?) like that -

Being from the Left Coast, it took me a while to notice it was the "Other Portland." I doubt it would make the news out here.

Me too... and then I didn't recognize any part of OUR Portland.
 
If you cut up all these tree puns there will be lots of shticks.
