Still trying to wrap my head around this - my oldest brother was found passed away in his apartment this Monday morning. When he didn't show up for work, the police were called for a wellness check. 16 months ago, our other brother passed away and now my remaining brother has joined him. I never imagined that I would be the only one left of the three of us. Still kind of numb.......

Sorry to hear this. Were all the causes uniquely different (i.e., not some family condition)?
 
My oldest brother had heart troubles - genetic from his mother's family, was diabetic and on dialysis. My other brother had Marfans, was diabetic, had cancer and was also on dialysis. Fortunately, I do not have any of those health challenges.

Whew. That certainly is a lot... with Marfan's being very unusual. Here's to keeping an eye on the blood sugars (for us all too).
