Why!! I could see the F1 Tyrell, they were going for low frontal area for aerodynamic advantage! These wheels aren't small enough to provide that, and the sacrifice of passenger compartment space looks to be significant! Too gimmikey and ugly for me. Wouldn't look too bad as a four-wheeled design though! A bit like a Saleen! Cornering speed certainly does not seem to have been drastically increased, in fact it looked rather slow through the corners!!
