Does anyone have CSI-type digital enhancement software to read the green highway sign over the lady's right shoulder?

I've gone to the website it was pulled from and sniped that image but it's no better. Ran it thru all-sorts but a blob is still a blob... no defining it here. The resolution just ain't in the image. The architectural features of that building facade to the right, the "tilting" pole and the blown-out sign are better clues, methinks. Shell Oil is ubiquitous so no help. :shrug:

I would bet on Turkey!! It has their phonetic way of spelling!! Other examples of Turkish sign spelling...Polis...Taksi...etc. Last summer on vacation (island of Cyprus - Greek & Turkish)(I thought I took a picture of it but alas I cannot find it!) we saw this sign..."Sundy bich, dek chares and ubmerellas!!

That's what a site about Turkey was pointing out, they claimed the image was from Turkey but they didn't say where exactly.
