Excellent point, Steve. As I was selling my GT6 on EBay, I saw a local paper (not even the big locally published newspaper, but a gazette-type journal!) advertised a nice MK III GT6. I called the guy, he indicated that it was in very good condition with a 5 year old restoration, practically everything redone. NO rust, everything worked, price was $4,000!

He could have easily gotten twice that price for it on EBay.

You never know!
