Steve - here's where I got mine. He sent me a couple samples before I bought. When I ordered, he sent the seal material and instructions.

It took some "finger power", but only for sliding the new pieces in, even with the silicone I used.
Actually, the tough part for me was getting the frames and seals to "fit" in the window space, as the frames were slightly bent, and the two brackets weren't quite lined up. Be sure you do a test fit of the frame *before* you make the final cuts.
