Does anyone know of a manufacturer/distrubutor of Aluminum Heads for a 71'TR6 ? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Canley Classics in England is developing one, they have cast a few prototypes and are close to production.
Simon.

That's an interesting question. The '71 had the narrow port head. I don't think that head ws used in the UK. All the UK cars were Petrol Injected. I recall reading that you need a wide port head to install the PI system. Does anyone have first hand knowledge?
Since Canley is in the UK the aluminum head may require the later manifold.
The Kastner site has a couple of pictures of the head. It must be light because it didn't collapse the hood scoop. Wonder if it scratched the paint?
